These Terms govern your use of the construction management service (“Service”). By creating an account you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the End User License Agreement (“EULA”).

1. Service

We provide construction job, estimate, and change-order management software. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You may not share your account with others or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

3. Your data

Your tenant data is isolated to your account and exportable at any time from Settings → Account. You may request deletion of your account and data, subject to a 30-day cooling-off window (CCPA right to deletion). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, upload unlawful or harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, or interfere with other users.

5. Intellectual property

We own all rights in the Service. You retain all rights to data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

6. Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by US law. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of use of the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Rules, except either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will revise the version date above and require re-acceptance at next login if materially changed.
