Hyve Construction ("Hyve," "we," "us") does not sell or share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising or any other commercial purpose, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
Because we do not sell or share your data, there is no opt-out to provide. We use your information only to operate, maintain, and improve the Hyve Construction platform on your behalf.
Data we collect and why
We collect account information (name, email, company details), job and project data you enter, and usage logs needed to keep the service secure and functioning. No data is sold or shared with advertising networks, data brokers, or any third party for commercial purposes.
Third-party service providers
We use service providers (payment processing, email delivery, error monitoring) that access data only to perform services on our behalf under data-processing agreements that prohibit them from using your data for their own commercial purposes.
