This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our construction management Service.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, company details) and data you enter into the Service (jobs, customers, change orders, daily logs). We also collect standard server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps) for security and debugging.

2. How we use your information

We use your information solely to provide and improve the Service: authenticating you, storing your business data, sending transactional emails (verification, notifications), and diagnosing technical issues. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Service (hosting, email delivery, error tracking) under confidentiality obligations, and as required by law.

4. California rights (CCPA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion of their personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information). To exercise these rights, use the “Export my data” and “Delete account” options in Settings → Account, or contact us at the address below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

5. Data security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Tenant data is logically isolated — your data is never accessible to other tenants. We conduct regular security reviews.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After you request account deletion, we schedule your data for permanent removal within 30 days (the cooling-off window). You may cancel the deletion request during this period.

7. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies for session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
